🌸Pilates & Paws: Round 2 🩰🐾🌸

Had so much fun co-hosting this Memorial Day edition with my dear friend @sabrina.marzaro ! It was pure joy seeing both new and familiar faces come together to move, stretch, and vibe under the beautiful blue skies and lush greenery of Central Park 🌳☀️

From soulful workouts to sweet pup cuddles, Thompkins Square bagels, fresh coffee, and all the feel-good energy — this day was a dream.
